Exciting day yesterday, went to an open house, people walked in as I was opening up. House was vacant and as I was turning on lights, there was no power. To make a long story short, someone had gotten in the attic to steal the copper! Also out of a stove in the garage! Whoever took it went to a lot of trouble for a few dollars in copper. They fell through the ceiling in the master bedroom walk-in (  I hope they racked themselves)
It will cost the owner more in the deductible than the guy stealing the copper will make. Joplin has jobs, people!
